1900
Significant brand builder since early 1900. Strong brands – several more than 90 years old.
1930
Unilever bought Lilleborg
1958
Borregaard aquired Lilleborg from Unilever. Entered into a long term cooperation agreement with Unilever.
1986
Borregaard and Orkla merged and the company becomes part of Orkla.
1997
New detergents plant opened at Ski. Production in Oslo discontinued.
2012 -2015
Orkla acquired Jordan Home and personal care. Jordan Home and personal care merged into Lilleborg. Orkla acquired Swedish Cederroth. Lilleborg changed name to Orkla Home & Personal Care.
